Appeal No.(S.J.) 3885 of 2018 it has been shown that the appellant is the son of 'Gajendra Nath Jha' in place of 'Late Anand Mohan Jha', which has correctly been mentioned in the petition. In view of submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, in the parentage portion of the order dated 2.1.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal No.(S.J.) 3885 of 2018 let the words 'Late Anand Mohan Jha' be read in place of 'Gajendra Nath Jha' and Section 27 of the Arms has been mentioned in para 2 of the order, but not such section is mentioned in the FIR as such let Section 27 of the Arms Act be deleted from the second
