In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.220 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 409 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
The present petitioner has been shown as an accused to have obtained the service of Teacher by forgery. When this fact came to the light, the petitioner and other accused persons have deposited the amount, which was paid to them.
As the petitioner has returned the amount in the Treasury of the State, this Court is inclined to granted bail to the petitioner. Let the above-named petitioner be released on

No.40390 of 2019(2) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case no. 220 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Further condition is that whenever the police will call the petitioner for the purposes of investigation and interrogation, he will remain present for the investigation. In the event of being absent on two consecutive dates without reasonable explanation, the present order will be treated to have been cancelled. This is also subject to the condition that one of the bailor will be a close relative of the petitioner i.e. mother/father/wife/brother.
