The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 68 of 2022 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution story, the Vigilance Department pursuant to the High Court's order instituted a case and started verifying the educational certificates and in course thereof, the petitioner who was selected on the post of Block Teacher in Upgraded Middle School Penula Khas, his certificates were found to be forged one on which basis, he was sacked.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that under bona fide belief that he is having a genuine certificate, he

Taking into account the fact now the petitioner is out of service, he do not have criminal antecedent, ultimately he has to face the trial and will be available in course of investigation, this Court is inclined to grant him relief.
Let the petitioner be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 68 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/Ajay SinghU T
