The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buxar (T) P.S. case No. 142 of 2016 under Section 467, 468, 471, 472, 420,406 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that he got two sons and his eldest son, Shailendra Kishore, died due to Hepatitis leaving behind two daughters, one son and his widow, Anita Devi. Anita Devi executed a sale deed showing her husband and father-in-law dead. Petitioner is father of Anita Devi. The petitioner is not executant of the sale deed. Anita Devi filed Title Suit No. 169 of 2016 for rectification of the sale deed and the mistake was rectified. The petitioner did not play any role.

No.45794 of 2016 (2) dt.25-11-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar Town P.S.
