2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. By an earlier order dated 25.03.2025, the parties were to appear along with their respective counsels in chambers in Mediation Center before Patna High Court. Today, it has been informed by the learned counsels appearing for the both the sides that the parties have reached an out of Court settlement settling their grievance and a compromise arrived between the parties, has been produced before this Court, a perusal of which

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50415 of 2024(6) dt.29-04-2025 2/2 would show that out of Rs.20,00,000/-, Rs.15,00,000/- has already been paid to the opposite party No.2 by the petitioner, being Rs.12,00,000/- in cash and Rs.3,00,000/- by cheque. The photocopy of compromise has been kept on record.

In view of the amicable settlement reached between the parties, in a complaint case registered for offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhagalpur, in connection with Complaint P.S. Case No.378 of 2023 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023 and subject to the further condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation/trial.
