The question is as to whether the clerks of Advocates of the Civil Courts are to be assigned place in the Civil Courts is a policy decision, which cannot be decided in exercise of writ jurisdiction of this Court.

The petitioner is left open to take remedial action as he thinks fit in accordance with law.
