The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 68 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail petition.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below
