ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 19.1.2012, by which the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court No. 3, Madhubani, has refused to discharge the Petitioners in Sessions Trial No. 11 of 2012 arising out of Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 9 of 2009.

It has been submitted that the charges have been framed.

Considering that the Petitioners seek quashing on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at this stage, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32138 of 2012 dt.10-02-2015 2/2 application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Sessions Trial No. 11 of 2012 arising out of Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 9 of 2009, to the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani, and the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
