Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. During investigation, it reveals that the petitioner had talked with real culprits.
Considering the nature of material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58926 of 2017 (3) dt.10-01-2018 below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.400 of 2017 arising out of Chandradeep Police Station Case No.43 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
