The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband. The wife made allegation against the petitioner that petitioner subjected her to physical and mental torture due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is submitted that the matter was referred to mediation centre and the dispute between the husband and wife has already been resolved. The report of the mediation centre is at 'Flag A'. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the dispute between husband and wife is amicably resolved, the

No.19867 of 2015 (3) dt.23-11-2015 2/2 petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Complaint Case No. 4617 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
