From the report of the trial Court, it appears that trial has commenced. One witness has been examined. Petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected considering the allegation of firing upon chest of the deceased. The Court does not find any reason to take a different view of the matter today having regard to the seriousness of the allegation as well as antecedents of the petitioner. He is stated to be accused in three other cases, as per disclosure made in paragraph 3 of the application.

Prayer for bail of petitioner is again rejected. The trial Court, it is expected, will proceed
