This is an application seeking quashing of order dated 3rd August, 2012 passed by learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Adhoc, Buxar, in Session Trial No. 180/2011 issuing summons under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the petitioners who were exonerated by the investigating officer who failed to submit charge-sheet against them.
