This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 366A, 504, 323, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of kidnapping of minor daughter of the informant is against named accused person. In paragraph 7 of the bail petition the petitioners have stated on oath that the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 of Criminal Procedure Code has not stated anything against the petitioners. The petitioners are relation of the accused person, who are alleged to have kidnapped the victim. Considering the aforesaid material, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 461 of 2015 to the
