The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jurawanpur P.S.Case no.06 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act..

Allegation against the petitioners (10 in numbers) is of assault to the informant and his brother and other relatives.

No.65794 of 2018(4) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the occurrence took place in the background of land dispute between the parties and all the injuries are found to be simple in nature, which will appear from the case diary. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 8th, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jurawanpur P.S.Case No.6 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
