JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 02-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506/511 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 6/8 of the POCSO Act. By order dated 25.05.2021, the petitioner had been granted provisional bail for three months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a supplementary affidavit stating therein that in the present case both the parties have compromised their case outside the court with the advice of well wishers and relatives. Both the parties have contracted their marriage and Nikah between them was done on 16.06.2021 in presence of their parents. Den Mohar of Rs.21,051/- was accepted in presence of Kazi as mentioned at

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2371 of 2021(5) dt.02-09-2021 2/2 para-2 and 3 of the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 25.05.2021 is hereby confirmed.
