The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that the daughter of the informant died in suspicious circumstance. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 5.3.2019. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Chargesheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. The name of the petitioner has transpired merely on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner is a lady.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 66/2019.
