On going through the writ application it appears that the petitioner prays for appropriate order commanding the respondents to implement the order dated 18.10.2011 passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms in Land Dispute Case No. 04 of 2011-12.
If the order of the authority under the Land Disputes Resolution Act (for short 'the Act') is not being implemented, the petitioner can approach the same authority for execution of the order, as provided under section 15 of the Act. The petitioner may avail the said remedy available to him in law. The writ application is dismissed.
