The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila (Nalanda) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498A/34, 379 and 354-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of both parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in between the petitioner and the complainant-opposite
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63307 of 2018(4) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 party no. 2, who are husband and wife, where both parties have settled their dispute in terms of agreement attached with the Mediator's Report dated 03.05.2019.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the terms of agreement attached with the Mediator's Report dated 03.05.2019, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda, in connection with Mahila (Nalanda) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
