The petitioner is accused in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 181 of 2016 (Sessions Trial No. 497 of 2017), registered under Sections 326, 307, 338 and 114/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Gopalganj.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is said to be the assailant of injured, Sonu Kumr Giri, is in custody since 16.01.2017 and the charge sheet has already been submitted.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 17.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61635 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 No. 20964 of 2017 by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
