JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 279 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 457, 468, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that complaint petition was filed with respect to the allegation that the petitioner got the kewala executed but consideration money has not been paid by the informant, however consideration money has already been paid and the case has been lodged after one year.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail application. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, complaint case is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail, petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,
