The petitioner seeks bail in Tariyani P.S.Case No.81 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per the F.I.R. is that on 28.05.2018 informant's minor daughter was playing in front of the house of the petitioner and thereafter she was traceless. On enquiry the petitioner could not disclose about her daughter. Later on dead body of the daughter of the informant was recovered from jalkumbhi and the informant suspected the hands of the petitioner. Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner and she is in custody since 03.08.2018 and now charge sheet has already been submitted.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Sheohar,in Tariyani P.S.Case No.81/18 subject to the condition that bailors must be of local having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
