However on repeat call, the petitioner was again not represented. None is present also on behalf of the respondents.

The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of notice issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Betia (West Champaran) vide Memo No. 760(15) dated 12.11.2011 (Annexure-1) stating therein that the petitioner has not been deposited amount of balanced food grain which has dearly been lifted under the Scheme of Sampurn Gramin Rojgar Yojna and Food for Work Yojna.
