The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the brother of the informant (Chandan Sahani) and brother-in-law of the brother of the informant (Vicky Kumar) causing injury to them as well as a golden chain was snatched by the petitioner and other accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the injuries inflicted by this petitioner upon Chandan Sahani and Vicky Kumar are simple in nature as

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2020.
