Seen the report submitted by the High Court Mediation Centre wherefrom it is evident that parties have come to resolve their dispute. Instant prosecution relates with offence punishable under Section 498A as well as 494 of the I.P.C. At an earlier occasion, husband, Sautin along with father in-law and mother in-law were the petitioners. However, instant petition has been withdrawn relating to husband as well as Sautin (petitioner nos.1 and 4, respectively) and so, survives relating to father in-law
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12599 of 2014 (05) dt.19-11-2016 and mother in-law.
Considering the subsequent development as disclosed above, the order of cognizance dated 07.01.2014 passed by the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada concerning Complaint Case No.1370 of 2013 relating to petitioners is quashed.
