The petitioner seeks bail in Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 188 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to be one of the conspirators in murder of Jugo Devi. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that specific allegation of committing murder is against other co-accused persons. Informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and she is in custody since 02.07.2021.
