Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 306 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 447, 448, 341, 342, 307, 323, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code also.

The husband of the petitioner having similar allegation has been granted bail on 22.02.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 40108 of 2020. The petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2021. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 22.02.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 40108 of 2020, this application for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44546 of 2022(5) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 regular bail is allowed.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 306 of 2019.

The petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the Court below. In the even of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the Court below will be at liberty to pass an appropriate order including the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
