06-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AC to AAG-11 and Sri Nirmal Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of Respondent no.6. The dispute in the present writ petition relates to an order passed by the Director of Consolidation. In view of facts and circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that this matter can well be adjudicated by the Bihar Land Tribunal. Accordingly, in view of proviso to Section-15 of the
