JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-12-2016 After some argument, Sri Uday Bhanu Rai, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Baleshwar Kamat, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of Sri Kumar Virendra Narayan , learned Additional Public Prosecutor makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that in view of the fact that subsequently in between the parties compromise has already taken place petitioners may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands disposed of.

It goes without saying that if within a period of six weeks from today petitioners appear before the court below and
