The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 280/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-b)a of the Arms Act.

One mobile is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner while one country-made pistol from possession of co-accused Tuntun Alam.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no fire-arm has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. Only one mobile phone is said to have been recovered. The said mobile belongs to the petitioner. Petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.06.2017.

No.53881 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 280/2017.
