2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 21.10.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 45092 of 2019 by a coordinate Bench of this Court (Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vinod Kumar Sinha, as he then was). By the said order, the bail application was disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender in the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order and pray for regular bail.

3. In view of reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 6 to 9 of the petition, further six weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the Court below on its own merit in accordance with law.
