The petitioner being the brother-in-law of the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about six years of the marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family and the petitioner is resident of different village.

No.55421 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the his event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
