This modification application has been filed for modification in title portion of order dated 13.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.51127 of 2017, stating that wrong address of the petitioner has been mentioned in the title portion of the order. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an affidavit mentioning the correct address of the petitioner as "Village-Vishunpur, P.S.-Manpur, District- Nalanda" and prayed for modification of order dated 13.11.2017 regarding address of the petitioner in the title portion. In view of submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the affidavit regarding correct address of the petitioner, correct address of the petitioner may be read as "Village-Vishunpur, P.S.-Manpur, District- Nalanda"
