The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case in short is that while the younger brother of the informant was returning after boarding his relation in train, the accused persons stopped his motorcycle and started abusing. On protest, the informant was assaulted and also was fired by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06-05-2019. There is case and counter case between the parties. Free fight is

The prosecution has not come with clean hands. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Ind.) P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019.
