Petitioner is accused in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 299 of 2020 registered under Sections 363, 366(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C. and 12 of the POCSO Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused namely, Tijar Miyan and Naintara Khatoon @ Nauntara Khatoon have already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 975 of 2021 and Cr. Misc. No. 2463 of 2021 on 05.04.2021 and 15.03.2021 respectively.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3227 of 2021(3) dt.23-06-2021 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 299 of 2020.
