For the Petitioner/s : Mr S.B.K.Mangalam Mr. Chandan For the Respondent/s : Mr. Vijay Kumar Verma =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-11-2016 Writ application is dismissed for two reasons. One that the socalled employee was an employee of erstwhile Bihar State Electricity Board, which is a non-existent organization now.
The death of the so-called employee happened in the year 1994. By no stretch of imagination and interpretation, any relief can be extended under compassionate appointment head after the death of the bread earner which happened almost more than two decades ago. A misplaced writ application through and through.
Writ is dismissed.
