No. 2365 in 1406/2005 in Writ Petition(s)(Civil) No(s). 202 of 1995, by a detailed order passed on 15.10.2015 with regard to matters covered under category-I i.e. for forest based industry and thereafter necessary directions have already been issued to each of the State Government and the Union Territory and the State Level Committee for forest based industry has been directed to take action in the matter. That

The appropriate authority in the State of Bihar to implement the order as directed by the Supreme Court as detailed hereinabove in the matter.

If the petitioner files certified copy of the order, the competent authority of the Sate Government or the Committee concerned shall deal with the matter, in accordance with law. With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
