JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case no. 320 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is Jethani of the deceased and petitioner no. 2 is Devrani of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. They are separate in mess and property of the husband of the deceased. The daughter of the deceased in para-34 of the case diary has stated that her mother committed suicide by burning herself.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.205 of 2017 (3) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has submitted that from the statement of the witnesses in the case diary it appears that the deceased committed suicide by burning herself.

Having considered facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case no. 320 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) sudip/- U T
