The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3130 of 2017 registered under Section 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of supplementary affidavit, it is clear that petitioner has been paying per month Rs. 4000/- to his wife (opposite party no.2) since 2019 and he is ready to keep his wife (opposite party no.2) in separate house in his village, where the petitioner

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 3130 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
