The petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2022 in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 163 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft of a motorcycle. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case of the case and also the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
