The petitioner is aggrieved by resolution dated 23.3.2013 of the Nagar Parishad Panchayat, Mahnar in the District of Vaishali whereunder Proposal No. 11 they have approved the site for construction of the building of Nagar Panchayat office. A counter affidavit has been filed by the Executive

Patna High Court CWJC No.25217 of 2013 (2) dt.22-04-2016 Officer and who in paragraph-7 has stated that the land so donated by the respondent no. 9 who is also the Chairman of the Nagar Panchayat was found more suitable than the other option. It is stated that it is in such circumstances that a resolution was passed which suffers from no infirmity.

Considering the nature of grievance raised and the answer on record, no cause for indulgence is made out. The writ petition is disposed of.
