This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. against the order dated 19.07.2013 passed in G.R. Case No. 413 of 2013 arising our of Tarabari P.S. Case No.11 of 2013, whereunder the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria took the cognizance of the offence under Section 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

On going through the impugned order, I find no any illegality to interfere with the same in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and accordingly the present application is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise his grievance, for his defence, before the trial Court at appropriate stage. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U
