====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 469, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30/ 47 of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 720 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from a Pick Up van. The petitioner no. 1 is said to be the Driver of the said Van, whereas the petitioner no.2 is said to be the owner of the said Van. It is urged that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are in custody since 27.05.2017 and 28.07.2017 respectively. It is claimed that their antecedents are clean.

No.51112 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.93 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
