2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 364, 302, 120(B)/34 registered in connection with Baruraj Case Case No. 102 of 2018, G.R. No. 1458 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and the parties are gotiya. As many as nine persons of petitioners' family have been made accused on mere suspicion. It is submitted that it is a case of suicide and the deceased body hanged himself from the sesham tree owing to family dispute. The

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant opposes the anticipatory bail petition submitting on the basis of case diary in which several witnesses have stated that they have love affairs between the deceased boy and the daughter of the petitioner no. 6 for which the petitioners and his family members had carried out the gruesome act.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
