2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 94/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has now got married with the petitioner and they are staying together.

4. The petitioner relies upon the marriage pictures. The petitioner is in jail since 09.05.2024.

5. This application is disposed of with liberty to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49964 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 petitioner to pray for regular bail after the informant is examined as a witness in the trial and if the informant supports the fact that she got married to the petitioner then the petitioner shall be released by the trial court itself.
