2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 129 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals committed dacoity and looted household goods, mobiles, jewellery etc. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused. The petitioner is accused in two more cases.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that one of the co-accused person has been granted bail. The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.

9. The Superintendent of Police, Vaishali will submit a report as to why no T.I. Parade has been held in this case. The report should be submitted within two weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

10. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
