The petitioner has prayed for issuance of direction to the respondents to accept her joining.

The petitioner went on leave on 20.08.2012 for treatment and thereafter, she went on maternity leave on 24.08.2012. On 24.06.2013, the petitioner submitted her joining before the Civil Surgeon-cum-Member Secretary, District Health Society, Patna but the same has not been accepted and no order of termination is served upon the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent filed counter

Patna High Court CWJC No.4237 of 2014 (4) dt.31-07-2017 2/2 affidavit and it is submitted that the petitioner did not submit her joining.

Considering the submission of the parties, the Civil Surgeon-cum-Member Secretary, District Health Society, Patna, is directed to pass an appropriate order on the joining of the petitioner within one month from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order.

With the above observation/direction, this petition is disposed of.
