Permission is accorded.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 365, 366, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges about the kidnapping of his daughter by the accused persons.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.53451 of 2021(3) dt.30-06-2022 2/2 petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the victim has not supported the prosecution case in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and co-accused have been granted bail by order dated 30.06.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.48941 of 2021. The learned A.P.P. for the State fairly submits that the victim has not supported the prosecution case. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Majorganj P. S. Case No.88 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
