JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------- 13-03-2015 Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner appears and submits that the sole petitioner has died and, as such, this application, which has been filed to quash the order dated 17.08.2012 passed in complaint case bearing C.R. No.370(C) of 2008 by the court of Sri Ram Jha, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Barh, Patna, has become infructuous. In that view of the matter, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
