Although the petitioner has raised a grievance as against the respondent nos.2 to 4 for not taking appropriate action against respondent no.6 but Mr. Rajeev Ranjan Prasad inviting the attention of this Court to the notice present at Annexure-5 submits that on the allegation set up by the petitioner, a committee has been constituted to look into the same and a notice in this regard has also been issued.
