The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019 registered under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the petitioner along with two others was apprehended by the police when they had abducted and overpowered the informant and committed rape upon her, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application is rejected.

Let the trial be expedited.
